About the Cleveland OPen:

As Cleveland's longest active professional tennis tournament, the Cleveland Open aims to bring world-class professional men's tennis to one of Cleveland's most historic racquet clubs. The tournament is run by Cleveland-based Topnotch Management, a boutique sports agency that also owns and operates a number of professional sporting events in the U.S. including, Tennis in the Land, Squash in the Land, and the Dow Tennis Classic.
